Evidence and exports
Review organization evidence and export dashboard data.
Governance evidence supports organization inventory, findings, and policy reporting. It is derived from observed device activity and decisions; it is not a complete copy of every local trace.
Start from the question
Section titled “Start from the question”| Review question | Start with |
|---|---|
| Which AI systems were observed? | AI Asset Inventory |
| Who owns a connection and why is it used? | AI Register |
| Which issues need attention? | Findings and their linked evidence |
| Did policy affect an interaction? | Its trace, policy decisions, and runtime outcome |
| Which devices are represented? | The device view and its last observed state |
An offline device or pending upload can delay the appearance of recent activity in the organization view.
Export dashboard data
Section titled “Export dashboard data”The inventory, device, and log views provide CSV exports. Select the view and filters, export it, and inspect the resulting columns and rows before using the file in a report.
A CSV snapshot is a view of the exported records. It does not establish that every device was online or that every AI interaction was inspected.
Keep a usable review record
Section titled “Keep a usable review record”Keep the organization, export time, selected scope, relevant policy version, and known coverage gaps with each report. This makes later comparisons easier to interpret.
Store and share exports according to your organization’s data-handling rules. Changing local evidence retention does not delete files already exported from the dashboard or sent to another system.
